Our 10-inch by 15-inch cookie sheet is designed to fit into all ovens, including smaller wall ovens. The pan is made of heavy weight carbon steel to aid in even browning. The color of a baking pan influences the browning of your baked goods - the darker the color, the more browning occurs. Our nonstick cookie sheet is a light gray color to prevent overbrowning. Budget permitting, consider buying two cookie sheets of the same type. As different pans yield different results, matching pans helps produce a uniform batch of cookies and allows you to keep one pan in the oven while you're cooling the other, thus speeding the baking process. Our cookie sheet has a shallow lip around the edge of the pan, making it suitable for jobs beyond baking, such as roasting vegetables.
